“Our whole family recently traveled to Osaka, and we engaged Royal Wings Travel to arrange a private tour with a Mandarin-speaking driver. From start to finish, they were attentive to our needs, and the customized itinerary was excellent. The hotel recommendation was spot-on, we loved the hotel they recommended, and the onsen experience was a highlight for the whole family. Our driver-guide was incredibly friendly and resourceful throughout the trip. Thank you, Royal Wings Travel, for helping us have such an enjoyable and memorable time in Osaka, Kyoto, and Nara!"”
“We approached Royal Wings Travel for a free-and-easy tour to Japan from 11-20 March 2025. Since we were traveling with our very elderly parents, we needed a chauffeured tour that prioritised their comfort, convenience, and safety. Diana and her team went above and beyond to fulfill all our requests. Everyone we encountered—guides, drivers, and staff—was incredibly friendly and caring. We are deeply thankful to everyone who helped make our trip such a memorable experience. We highly recommend Royal Wings to anyone seeking similar travel services.”
“with Dylan from Royal Wings Travel, you can leave them to plan for you. You can help them by letting them know your expectations of your hotel room. The customized travel organizer is helpful for your travel, do go through with sales person. some sightseeing locations need advance bookings, so do check before going on your tour. There r more than enuff sightseeing locations suggested by RWT for travelers to travel everyday. Best is that you don't have to hop from one town to another. Also, the travel agents will be online if you have any questions during your travel. I will use RWT again!”
“Royal Wings has been the travel agent we used for many years. Why? They are very professional and their prices are reasonable and affordable. Their tour guides and drivers are experienced and friendly. Will continue to use them. Thank you, Royal Wings.”
“Have booked my Bintan trip through Royal Wings Travel Singapore PL. It’s fantastic that I have no worry as they settled all bookings just for 2 of us. To my surprise that our Lunch at kelong specially arranged just for two of us. The tour guide they get for us is friendly n gave us suggestions where to go eg Spa, Blue Lake , Mini desert n mangrove to see fireflies.”
“Booked a half day tour with Diana during my Bintan trip last week. All the request I have raised have been fulfilled & my friend & me even feel very privileged during the trip with all the arrangement. We ended with a kelong seafood lunch, don't comment on the look of it, but the food are all fresh & the crab is really fresh & sweet.”
“2nd time of getting services from Royal Wings. Better option than getting the package tour. Hotel locations are good and convenient.”
“I booked a customised private tour with a driver to Japan in April/May this year and had a very enjoyable trip! Based on the list of places I had wanted to visit in Japan, Royal Wings helped me plan the route (from Tokyo to Kyoto and Nagoya) and advised what was feasible/not feasible. Upon my request and for an additional fee, they also helped with the booking of tickets for selected places where pre-booking of tickets online was recommended or required. Callie, Diana and the rest of the team were efficient and reassuring throughout, and a pleasure to deal with. During the trip, the driver, Lee, was punctual, knowledgeable and very helpful, also recommending excellent places for my dinners! I have to say in spite of the massive crowds especially during Golden Week, we still managed to cover almost everything I had set out to do/visit, which I am almost certain I would not have been able to if I had had to find my own way around using public transport, so to me the extra cost for the driver was worth it. I’m very pleased with how the trip went.”
“Superb service rendered by Diana and her partners. The driver 小金 who was with us the whole day was a very professional, polite and humble man. He made sure we were comfortable throughout the trip, and made great recommendation to the local food during lunch. Strongly recommend this company's service!”
